What you can expect if you place an order:

An order confirmation by email usually within 24 hours.
Orders of small numbers of standard sized doors usually ship within 24 hours from stock.
Custom door orders in small numbers usually within 2-3 days.
For larger orders we will provide you with a delivery schedule, but if they take more than 2 weeks to produce, we can split the order into more than one shipment to meet your needs.
Once your order has shipped we will provide you with an official invoice (either by email or mail) and a tracking number for the carrier we used.
If available, we will enter your email address into the shipper's automated tracking service and you will be kept up to date on the progress of your shipment.

Return Policy

We will accept returns on all stock doors within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund and the customer pays the return freight. Please note that we do not accept returns on custom doors. All items must be in the original packaging and in the condition in which they were shipped. A copy of the invoice must accompany the return. A return authorization form must also be included.

As an experienced volume shipper we utilize the most appropriate couriers and common carriers available.We are able to provide you with a varriety of shipping options to meet you schedule.There are no import fees for items shipped to the United States from Canada.
